1:1 Meditation Session Located in my healing space in Brisbane, your one-on-one meditation session is held in a safe and sacred space for you to be heard and validated, a space to rest and recharge and to go within to welcome the opportunity to connect back to yourself. If you have an established meditation practice, these 1:1 sessions can further develop and expand your spiritual connection or if you are just starting out, working with a facilitator can help you to learn how best to connect. Each meditation is intuitively guided and personalized to meet your individual healing goals and intentions. Reasons to connect in these sessions may include releasing energy that no longer serves, manifesting, inner child healing, psychic development, spirit guide and angel connections, emotional healing etc. All sessions are supported by me and guided by you. Available in my healing space in Brisbane’s northside or at any location of your choosing. All sessions are supported by me and guided by you. Let’s discuss how I can best support you and your group.
