What is a Past Life Regression?
Your regression session is the process of recalling the previous lives of your soul by connecting to your subconscious mind through active meditation.
Through accessing this energy, you are guided through the exploration of your soul’s journey to discover your past lives and how they relate to your current life experiences.
Regression helps to identify and understand the source of your emotional health, personality, likes and dislikes including negative behaviours and fears. This energy can clear your symptoms resulting in the improvement of your overall health, emotional wellbeing and spiritual development.

Your past life regression session is guided and directed by me as your facilitator and held, supported and protected by your spirit team of guides and angels.
Your session will start with a breathwork technique designed to calm and settle your physical body. After which you will be guided through a meditation experience designed to activate intuition and recall. You will be deeply relaxed but subconsciously awake as I guide you through the process of accessing your past life.
Within each recall session, you will be guided to witness one or more lives exploring childhood, adult years, family connections, life experiences, transition and death.
We will also explore the life lessons and what messages your soul wants you to know.
Some people view the experience like watching a movie and although you will be connected to what you are witnessing, you will not experience pain or trauma. Take comfort in knowing you will only experience what is beneficial to you and your healing journey. Although recall can be emotional, you will not experience anything that will negatively harm.
Review & Analysis:
After your recall, we will review what you witnessed and analyse how it relates to your current journey. Deep insights will be uncovered upon understanding your soul’s journey and life lessons.
Additional Spiritual Support:
After your past life regression you may experience a range of emotions with the need to discuss this energy further. An additional session is available as I hold space for you to further explore, clarify and understand what you have witnessed. This session also includes spiritual guidance and practices that support you as you continue your journey ahead with a deeper soul connection.
